11/23/2024 — 11/24/2024
CGC® and JSA® are excited to be accepting submissions at East Coast Collectibles Convention (EC3) in the Earth Ballroom of the Expo Center Hallway in Mohegan Sun, Connecticut, on November 23-24, 2024.
About EC3
The East Coast Collectibles Convention is an exciting event for pop culture fans and collectors of comic books, sports cards and trading cards alike. One of the most popular activities at the event is Trade Night, hosted after-hours this year on November 23. Held four times a year in Mohegan Sun, Connecticut, EC3 is a must-visit for anyone looking to dive deep into the collectibles community.
Preparing Submissions for the Show
CGC will be accepting submissions of comics, magazines, TCGs, sports cards, non-sports cards, video games and home video collectibles for grading. Autographed comics and cards may be submitted for CGC x JSA Authentic Autograph certification, and autographed memorabilia may be submitted for JSA-only services. Please note that JSA is no longer accepting cash as payment for autograph services.
To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-Off (EDO) service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a representative.
Please take the following steps before arriving:
- Become a paid CGC member here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
- Go to the online submission form for comics, cards, video games or home video. (For JSA memorabilia submissions, simply bring your item to the show.)
- Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission. Please note that you’ll have the option to choose JSA autograph authentication for comics and cards after choosing your primary grading services.
- Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
- Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
- Go to the Express Drop-Off sign to finalize your submission.
All submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles will be transported to the companies’ headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation. Memorabilia submissions will be given back at the show, and you’ll receive your results through the mail.
