CGC Accepting Submissions at CalComicCon
2/1/2025 — 2/2/2025
CGC® is excited to be accepting submissions of comics, cards, video games and home video collectibles at CalComicCon, being held at the Hilton Anaheim in Anaheim, California, on February 1-2, 2025.
California Comic Con (or CalComicCon, for short) is an annual convention for comic and pop culture enthusiasts to gather and share their love for vintage comics, cards, toys, video games and more. Bring the whole family — kids under 13 get in free while students and military get discounts — for two days of buying, selling, trading, autograph opportunities, door prizes and much more! This year’s guests include some of the industry’s most prominent artists, including Jim Starlin, Don Simpson, Howard Chaykin and Mark Texeira. When you’re finished, take the opportunity to visit some of Orange County’s best attractions, including Disneyland and Knott’s Berry Farm!
Preparing submissions for the show
To spend more time enjoying the show, submit your prepared collectibles through the Express Drop-off Service, which enables you to skip the line and quickly hand off your prepared submission to a CGC representative.
Please take the following steps before arriving:
- Create a CGC account here. All it takes is a free account to submit, and paid members get additional discounts and benefits.
- Go to the online submission form for comics, cards, video games or home video.
- Select “Mail-In or Show Drop-Off” to start your submission.
Complete the submission form and print the packing slips.
Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please place your collectibles in the order listed on the packing slip. Please bring BOTH copies of the packing slip with your collectibles to the show drop-off. Failure to do so will result in delays.
- Keep your collectibles safe and secure until you drop off your submission (including the packing slip) with a representative.
- Go to the Express Drop-off sign to finalize your submission.
All submissions will be transported to CGC’s headquarters in Sarasota, Florida, for authentication, grading and encapsulation.
